The quality of the data is crucial for the usability of the data base. That means for example:

• material correctness
• no duplication of entries
• uniform ways of writing
• use of the official spellings
• uniform use of abbreviations
• etc.

Therefore all changes to the data base are examined manually before release. This can take some hours, usually however not more than three days.
