- Planning, implementation and maintenance of a tracking tool keeping the database inventory, to track the patch or upgrade status, and to support generation of standard and ad-hoc reports
- Improvement of manual and automated maintenance of the CMDB and regular synchronisation of the database inventory with the CMDB
